I am working on some updates and new things. But I leave you with a few things. WoWees and Buckos, the Internet has awarded you MVP of the month of August, get your award here. What day for Boston Sports (besides the Red Sox loss).
So it’s official, Kevin McHale is still playing for the Celtics, and yes, Kevin Garnett is now a Boston Celtic. Now yes, Minnesota got some nice young players with potential, but . . look at the division their is, and don’t tell me McHale isn’t a double agent. Bill Simmons has interesting thoughts on this, and man, this is like Red Auerbach is pulling the strings from the after life. He would pull off these kind of trades all the time. Dr. Murks who is a huge Celtics fan has a fun blog on this too. Malach wonders if KG and Randy Moss are boys back from their days of playing in Minnesota . . .
Now for EG, Eric Gagne. The Red Sox now have like 4 potential closers. How scary is this? Papelbon, Gagne, and Okajima? Add in a little Mike Timlin, and revitalized Manny Delcarmen (more on him in “The Mood. .”), Javier Lopez, Tavares, Snyder . . . nasty. Now the Sox can rest Papelbon when needed and even close with Timlin or Okajima.
Even scarier, Schilling is looking like his 2004 form, feeling strong and his velocity has returned, and he will probably start a game this weekend.

Yes, Delcarmen has be pretty spectacular this season, except for his last two appearances. Plus the only offense they could get was out of Big Papi (considering his off year somewhat surprising). The Mood, time to kick it into gear.

I think that Rudy needs to realize that people just want coverage that doesn’t bankrupt them — and he needs to look at how Florida has socialized its home insurance to realize that he’s fighting a losing battle.
