So uh, this strange softball pre-teen Kimmy, she likes Malach’s slow pitch pitching primer video. It is in her sidebar. I am not sure to be scared or flattered.
Randy Couture
Malach is a huge fan of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). Randy Couture proved once again last night that he is the man. 44 years old, won the Heavyweight Championship (again) earlier this year beating Tim Sylvia, a guy who was 14 years younger, 40 lbs heavier, and 6 inches taller, this is after a reign as Light Heavyweight Champion beating the likes of Chuck Liddell, Tito Ortiz, and a few others, and prior to that winning Heavyweight title for the first time.
Last night he fought Gabriel Gonzaga, a 16 year younger, 30lb heavier, undefeated, who I thought might have Couture’s number. He just get’s better he gets older.
I am really hoping the UFC signs Fedor Emelianenko who is perhaps the best fighter in the world, that would be a titanic clash.
Couture inspires me. As I get older, I look at what he does, and think to myslef, what I can do.
The Mood of Red Sox Nation
So, they are 7.5 up, they go into Yankee Stadium Tuesday, and the worst will be 7 up (Malach predicted this). They have there three best pitchers going . . . and they are coming off a sweep of the White Sox where they out scored them 46 - 7. I like our chances. And yeah, Bobby Keilty, welcome to Red Sox Nation, you are our new Gabe Kapler . . Kevin Cash, also welcome, I see we no longer need Doug Mirabelli.
I think he’s dead.
And I bet there is a bunch of mobsters and casino companies hoping he is.

Malach I am big MMA fan. Randy Couture just keeps getting better. I am not a huge Tito fan but I did watch a show on how he trains for a fight and it was crazy. I like Chuck too and George St Pierre is becoming one of my favorites.
