Never Noticed

Plugs
First I gotta thank Tequila Mockingbird for sending me cookies in the mail, they were good (and I am not a fan of peanut butter cookies), and the kids and wife liked them after I convinced her they weren’t by some psycho stalker and poisoned.   Now, send me some money!

There is a new Meet The Heroes up, Part 1 of Issue Two, and this is a good one.  I love where the series is headed.

You are listening too . .

Mooog’s Meme.
So I got tagged with the Meme from Mooog today.  Ok, now I got to copy some stuff:

***Start Copy Here***

This meme is based on a recent post that was conducted asking the question “Why do you Blog?” and the rewrite “Why do you Blog? – Reworked.” The purpose of this meme is to tell our tales by spreading the reasons that we blog to as many sites as possible. We get to explain ourselves, direct traffic to our site and highlight our most important, most representative or most relevant post in an SEO favorable format. This will be a positive experience for everyone who wants to get involved. This will enable you to create a short advertisement for your site that will be spread across the blogesphere; a growing directory of blogs.

This is an open meme. You do not have to be tagged to join in. All you have to do is follow the rules.

Please let me know when you have added your site by leaving a comment on “Complete List” with a link to your post. This will insure an up-to-date list, giving you even greater distribution. You then have the option of copying the growing list back to your site.

  2. Write a brief introduction to the meme.

The Mood of Red Sox Nation
OK, Idiots, let get this straight.  I have been listening to you all day on WEEI.  I even called to set you straight.  Why have we lost?  It is not JD Drew, or Coco Crisp’s fault.  IT IS THE STARTING PITCHING.  Get that through your stupid heads.  You don’t win playoff games when your starting pitching give up 3 – 4 runs and only goes 5 innings.  That is all.

All OJ’s Idea!
Sure, just ask Al Cowlings how good OJ’s ideas are.

Oh great.
Yet another Star Wars series Lucas can screw up, will you die already!

Malach’s Quote/Video of the Day
Thanks to the Angryman for this link, and Toyi, this about sums up my thoughts on religion.  Malach presents to you now, THE MAN!

Oh but do you know where Tequila rubbed those cookies before she sent them to you?

No wonder you liked them so much!

  2. 2 Ted Velvet

The drummer in my old band was a big Buffalo tom fan. we always used to bust his balls. Not because we had anything against buffalo tom, we just liked making fun of him. The playoffs is all about Pitching pitching, pitching and 1 or 2, 2 out, clutch hits. That’s why cleveland is winning. Maybe Manny can pose a little more and walk to first a little slower when down by 4 runs. A- Rod could have done more for the yankees but Wang truly, truly sucked, that’s why my guys lost.

  3. 3 toyi

I am Toyi and I am going to heaven where Music is great.

uhmm well Malach don’t tell me… tell him you know… he say that I don’t have to worry for rejection whoever reject his word, reject him and I believe so (I have no shame)… say whatever you know is your decision! eh eh

but I can say whatever too…eh eh
so if you want me out ban me eh eh I promise I wont come back if that is the case eh eh pretty much everything is told, I have said enough for everybody to remember…

How did Tom Waits escape the wrath of Yes? He has magic powers that can make the lame see and the blind speak.

  5. 5 Mel

You have been added to the master list. Thanks for participating.

Now be sure to make regular visits back and copy/paste the entire list to your site. That is what will keep this list growing and bring benefit to everyone who participates.

You Chocalate Jesus Looks very delicious
But the real Jesus fed multitudes with fish.

De Pope has spoken, yes, yes.

glad you liked my cookies. oh hey, thanks for telling me you werent that hot on peanut butter cookies when i was asking you. hmmm me thinks you didnt believe me when i said i would send you cookies.

no, they were not poisioned. that was cinnamon on top.

  12. 12 Moooooog35

I’d say you’re right on the Sox starting pitching (Dice-K so far is a total bust…Wake looked good for all of 3 innings…and then…who?)..but then you look at the other end of the game at that panty-waste Gagne (pronounce: Gag-me). This guy is going to be crucified if he’s still here next year and pulling this same shit.

So, my conundrum tonight: Bruins home opener (Montreal trip in 3 weeks!), Sox losing game 5, or watch Transformers.

I may have to go with the robots. They have a better starting rotation these days.

  13. 13 Malach the Merciless

PrePon: Never thought of that . . .

Teddy: The Problem with A-Rod is he hits something like .162 in the playoffs, as for Wang, Wang is not a ace.

Toyi: Hells music currently includes: Hendrix, Lennon and Harrison, Joplin, Cobain, etc. I stick with that

Mike: Waits first album was like 1970, so he predates Yes

Mel: Thanks, but I don’t think I am ever reprint that list

Oh and thanks for the trackbacks at the bottom!
Sara: Murk and I want to interview you for the next podcast, I’ll be in touch.

    Angryman: Tag your it

    Eve: thanks babe

Dr. John: good taste I see

    Poop: And Bread

Teq: I liked the cinnamon. As for cookies, I am rather simple: Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip! I should send you something . . .

Moog: Gagnes is gone, Schilling will be gone. As for Dice K, he will do a Beckett next year, remember he is coming from Japanese baseball.

As for you choice, go with the Sox!

  14. 14 Toyi

they did great music yeahhh, but honestly I don’t follow men’s path, men are not my idols…there is one that is not dead .

hey I found something cool last night in the bible…
I believe you have red (meaning understand) Psalms uhh? in OT… well let me tell what I found, this made me fall off my chair…

I always thought Psalms were David songs (they are actually) & these songs were inspired by God, so here what I found… I have found that psalms are more than songs, they are prophecies too… Prophecies about Jesus (eh eh Sogns in OT talking about NT) here an example Psalm 22, I guess you are an expert about Jesus expression before dying uhh? check this out
    http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=psalms%2022;&version=31;

Isn’t this soooo cool????? this Psalm describe the suffering of Jesus in the cross… oh how lovely…
eh this is one of the reason I hug bible.

  15. 15 The Real Mother Hen

You started blogging since June of 2005? Holy cow, that’s a LONG time :)
Thanks for tagging me. I still ask myself the same question: why I blog… I mean, the reason changes so often, and I no longer focus on my original objectives. Man, this meme is hard…

  16. 16 Colonel Colonel

A Star Wars TV SERIES??? Can we deport George Lucas as a terrorist? This is on par with the upcoming ‘Welcome Back Kotter’ movie. (I’m not kidding about that, by the way).

A sports commentator on NPR observed last night that teams whose starters cannot go more than 5 innings had better be sure they win the game by the 9th or they’re in trouble. And trouble in this case is the fact that it’s Gagne sitting there in the 11th. But hey, it might have worked. Randy Moss, another veteran with health issues who many said was washed up is doing ok for the Pats.

Agree- Dice K will by next year’s Beckett, as will Beckett. Subtract Schill and add Bucholz, with Wakefield No.4 (hey, he won 17 this year) and that’s a dman good rotation. The real question is what to do about the JD Drew vs. Jacoby Ellsbury. Think anyone would take Drew’s contract?

But I’m ahead of myself. Sox win tonight.

  17. 17 C.Rag

I swear I put up a comment this morning. Oh well I can’t remember what I wrote, but it was funny…ofcourse.

  18. 18 Malach the Merciless

Toyi: We had this debate before, shall I just quote your something out of the Gita?

Mother Hen: Yes, even earlier; March of 05. But it was a self made blog and sucked.

Colonel: The only plus, is that Lucas has said he like to make the series darker, like Battlestar Galactica. Hey, those NPR guys are smart, did they also say if you don’t outscore you opponent you tend to lose?

Rag: You might have, I had 44 spams posts on this blog this morning and quickly deleted them, I might of accidently delted yours, sorry.

  19. 19 The Real Mother Hen

3 years and 6 months, that’s how long you have been blogging, so I’m interested to know how do you feel and do you think you will continue blogging for say, another 10 years?

  20. 20 toyi

gita? what the heck is that? o-0

  21. 21 Malach the Merciless

    Mother: Yes, I love blogging

    Toyi: The Gita

  22. 22 toyi

uhmm I don’t care about that!
