No Plugs tonight
Yes, I know you are sad

You are listening too . . .
Prophets of Rage, Public Enemy.  Went a little old school with that one.

Local Weather
So we are in for a possible 10″ of snow overnight, and they are predicting a messy commute, so Fall River Public Schools have already cancelled, and it hasn’t even started snowing yet.  WTF?  This is New England!

Not so good on the second day of the playoffs
I really thought the Colts would destroy SD, but to give SD credit they used the Pats way of beating the Colts.  You see, the Colts are small and rely on speed, you can manhandle them, and by the end of the game, they are tired (see what the Pats did to Jacksonville).  I just thought the Colts would come out and put up 30+ points.

No SD is in the same trap the Pats were in last year.  Hard fought game, going halfway across the country, and then have to go back across the country now to play on the home turf of the best team in football.  It will be interesting to see where the injuries to LT, and Phillip Rivers lie, and some part of me loves the fact, that the Pats will get to shut up LT.

Now, the Giants/Cowboys games wasn’t as much of a surprise.  I thought it would be close, and I gane Big D the benefit of rest, homefield, and the fact NFC #1 seeds are something like 18 - 0 in Divisional rounds.  Eli Manning continued his maturity into what most of us expected him to do 2 - 3 years ago.

I will give you prediction later this week, but I am leaning toward a rematch of the ‘96 Superbowl, Favre vs. Bruschi who both played in that one.

Terminator: The Sara Connors Chronicles
So I watched it tonight, not bad, though the premier could have been 2 hours.  Would of been better on Sci Fi, I think, but I will stick with it for now.  They might of opened a huge plot hole with the Connors time traveling from 1999 to 2007.

Ahh . . .
There is nothing like druken elevator shenanigans is there?

See
Even in the 50’s celebrities had these rumors and crazy events, possibly.

JONESTOWN
Crazy commenters seem to have calmed down a bit.

Ok
See this isn’t going to work, maybe a class action against MLB, but not this type of suit.

Hey Britney
I think this is excatly what you need, and heck enjoy it, I would.

Now Bjork on the other hand.
We kind of expect this behavior from the eccentric Icelandic pixie.

Hey guy
You got to do this a little better.  I like to write sarcastic things in my memo line.  Like for my recent speeding ticket.  “Never saw a trap there in 35 years of living here, see if I help (Clients name who is a pain to the New Bedford Police) again.”

So my 6 year old.
He saw the trailers for this movie, and he wants to see it.  You see, he LOVES prehistorics animals, dinosaurs, mammoths, etc.  I think he is in for a shock.

Malach’s Video of the Day

I am Malach and it is oh so quiet, shhh, shhh

Dammit I meant to watch The Sara Connors Chronicles. Watched that stupid Lonesome Dove prequel instead. That was a colossal waste of time.

  2. 2 The Real Mother Hen

I hope the 10″ does happen tonight! *wink wink*
Your wife will be very happy :)

I kept seeing Celtics from your site. I checked in about 2 hrs ago, couldn’t figure what you were talking (your previous blog), went for dinner, googled it (Celtic) and got whole bunch of Football (soccer) results. I said, can’t be, Malach doesn’t look like the person who watches soccer… I checked your site again, oh missed an “s” - and it says NBA. I see! Now it makes sense…

    Malach:
I’m not sure why they split the premiere over two nights, but they did. I enjoyed it a good bit, the only problem was that the acting of Sarah and John wasn’t that great. The time travel element adds a great element and it’s easy to understand why Judgement Day is inevitable, all those terminator units in the past will cause someone to stumble along the technology.
As for the Colts, I think it’s time that you start asking some legit questions about Dungy and his ability to adjust to situations. He had some big injuries to the front line and never helped out by blitzing a lot. The Chargers do not have the great receivers that you have to always worry about down field, especially w/Gates banged up. Now, I know that there were some unfortunate TOs that cost the Colts points (Harrison’s fumble and Keith’s goof that caused the INT), but the game was still winnable. The Colts should have blitzed Volek non-stop and tried to hit hard late like the Giants did to win the game yesterday.

  4. 4 Preposterous Ponderings

Oh man why must we have to wait until March to watch 10,000 B.C. ? That looks like one cool movie!

  5. 5 Toyi

    just 10,000 years?

  6. 6 tequila mockingbird

until you’ve drunkenly vomited in an elevator, you havent really lived

  7. 7 Eve

Kind of funny that Janice D said she would slap Britney. Who slapped Janice? Was the guy who wrote on the check, Piper?

  8. 8 Malach the Merciless

    Mike: Tonight’s was even better

Mother Hen: Sorry, I hate to proofread and I mean the Boston Celtics

Angry: I agree, Dungy downfall has always been the ability not to adjust (problem with most NFL coaches).

PrePon: It depends, according to the Bible, the world was not around then

Toyi: Well, that is about the time ancient man, had sentience and began civilization.

Teq: I did on a stairway in my Dorms at college

Eve; Piper needs a good ball slap.

  9. 9 sara sue

Is this the same ten inches Mike professes to have woke up with a few days back??

  10. 10 The Real Mother Hen

Ohhhh you spelled it right, it is me - with or without s, I still did’t know what game it is. I’m retarded when it comes to games :)
