• MI writes: Dear Malach, $100 million over paid to make stink’n pennies an nickels?? Oh for the love of all that is decent. I know a few programs that could use that money, how about you Mal? Oh btw…what is that deal calling me a slave over at my post? You drinking to much coffee again?  Yes, that is crazy, almost as much of a waste of federal dollars as the War in Iraq.  Programs, sure tons of them, perhaps the most important two, Cap’n Flakpaperpants chair replacement, and the Malach the Merciless retire and just do webcomics fund.  As for a slave, let me review that, I called you a slave to Rock You.com, as all the MySpace teenyboppers use that.  Also as for coffee, I don’t drink coffee at all.
• Mooogley Moogey writes: Dear Malach, Describe, to the best of your ability, what you think your readers/commentators look like…assuming you don’t know what they look like and you’re not currently banging them.  Be gentle. • Mike writes: Dear Malach, When will the primary race be over?  Even Malach’s powers cannot see into that convoluted future, I am beginning to think it is a far reaching Republican conspiracy.

The Mood of Red Sox Nation
Well, they have won 5 in a row, but might lose tonight as the Tigers bats have suddenly come to life (although they are only down by three runs in the 7th.  Buccholz, is having one of his growing pains days, but he has had quite a few good starts prior.  Sox are now 3.5 up in the division, before tonight game, and are so far 2 - 0 on this 10 game road trip.

Oh, look at that, Lowell with a 3 run homer . . .

The Celtics
Well, quite a interesting game if you like defense.  Ray Allen and Paul Pierce combined for a total of 4 points (Allen scored 0 the first time in 11 years), LeBron, had perhaps his worst game in years (partly because of the C’s defensive scheming, Pierce and Posey were awesome in shutting down King James).  Tomorrow’s game should be interesting, I wouldn’t think LeBron would have two games in a row like that, but neither would Pierce and Allen.  Can’t wait.  And I got to give credit to Cedric Maxwell, for his closing of the radio broadcast.  “Well King James was more like Queen James”.

So . .
You think there were Olympic Torch Protester up there too?  This is actually one of Malach’s dreams, to climb to the top of there.

Yeah, the city of brotherly love has for a long time had issues between the cops and minorities, anyone remember the MOVE bombing and the incidents around that?  These cops were also saying they “we’re provoked”, uh, that doesn’t seem like a good excuse.

OK . .
So, your the prospective juror in a marijuana possession trial, you get break, so go out to the smoking area and smoke a joint . . . now, that’s how you get out jury duty.
