I lost track of time prepare my kitchen floor for Travertine/Slate Tiling I am probably doing next week. I found a great sale at Grossman’s Bargain Outlet, for $79.99 for a box of 10 12 x 12. That is about $20 a cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes. I can get away doing to kitchen floor for about $320. I am going do the adjoining dining area in laminate. You recall the kitchen remodel? As you can see the floor is this old dark brown vinyl.
The stone will look like this, forth one down. It is bad pic, the tile is mostly grey/tan, with blue and green stone in it. All I will have left after is the counter tops, but I work with the wife of a granite guy who has quoted me a SWEET deal on that.
Well, the plug is over at the Wand of Wonder. After a couple days search, I found the bootleg copy of X-Men Origins: Wolverine from Comic Con over at the Russian Version of YouTube, where I guess Marvel can’t reach their legal arms.
Oh no, I guess Marvel legal team does go to Russia, the Vid ain’t working no more.

Isn’t is great when the brother of one of your clients gets arrested for attempted murder? His brother looks just like him, and isn’t ironic, that about a month ago, his brother told me he was heading out to Seattle to “take care of something”. Yeah, his brother big time gang banger, had one lung from being shot, was “trying to turn his life around”. I was trying to help him and his girlfriend with that . . .

Nice new kitchen floor. So glad we have no major projects on the horizen. For the first 4 years in thsi house, that is all we had, major construction from water damage.
I have NO idea how in the hell China won the bid to host the Olympics. It’s not like anyone didn’t know about the pollution issues there (as just ONE of the many issue there.) They honestly think they can clear that muck up in a week just by closing a few factories down and shooing some cars off the road? I feel bad for the athletes…I read one dropped out in fear of their health.
