KMP Update
So, I am ticked off right now. We lost our first playoff game to a team we swept in the regular season. We lost in the 9th inning, after multiple chances to win early and fluke play, when one of our player slipped between third and home when coming in to score the winning run. We hit very inconsistency, and our defense had two big eras, one that gave up 3 runs, and another on a double play, that would of ended and inning but another run scored cause of it.
Malach did well hitting, going 3 – 4, but I could get no one to hit me in. We only lost by 1, and suppose I should take consolation in the fact that we played a sub par game, and the Misfits played as good as they can. Still I am pissed. We have our second game against them on Wednesday and I GUARANTEE win.
One of the problems is the usual, most of the team hasn’t played since July 30th, and also half the team played Special Olympics this weekend, perhaps that had something to do with it. It also rained for the last 3 innings.
Speaking of the Rain
Check this out. Got massive morning storm this morning. Had this huge gust of wind, that lasted about a minute, that shook the whole old brick 3 story convent I work in. Luckily I had my Jeep, your should of seen what I had to contend with. Check out the video on this page, I work a block from there.

Let me get this straight
You want the companies that build highways, pipelines, dams, and such, and make money doing it to decide if what they are doing is harming the local animal population? Doesn’t this seem like a MAJOR conflict of interest? So now say Joe Lumber Company can decide that it is not endangering the Spotted Owl when cutting down the forest? Great tune…but he did some hot pieces on South Park and I was disappointed when he left. I fount it odd that he was ok making fun of everyone else, but when the tables where turned he bailed. At least they sent him off in true South Park style. “Hello Children!”

Talk about animals homes being destroyed. Go to google earth and try to find the North Pole. You won’t. I is gone. Totally gone. Santa is going to have to move to the south pole, and fast, unless he likes floating in water. So where the polar bears go? they go to the lands sourrounding what was the north pole such as canada and russia where they will be shot and killed as they will be a danger to people.

Hate to say it, but you’re going to see a lot more crap coming out of the White House in the next six months. They’ve got their staff lawyers working overtime to figure out how to take every bill they could not get passed by Congress and turn it into a law anyway by an Executive Order or other Administrative ruling, like this latest end-run around the Endangered Species Act. This is just the beginning.
I wish the gnomes were running everything.

The BBC World Service is covering the Georgia/Russia thing, and I’m not sure who’s in the right or wrong on this one. What I coming to appreciate is that it’s not only Georgia that could hear the stomp of the Russian Army…the Ukraine, Estonia, and similar countries are all nerve-wracked about it.
