Today, I got a new 8 1/2 by Eleven. Also starting tomorrow, I will have a number of plugs, including new fiction.

Speaking of Sarah Palin
So I watched her speech last night and sure, she is hot, and did a good job, but there was no substance in the speech. Also, it is interesting comparing the crowds at the RNC and the DNC. The RNC was basically old white males, the DNC, and mix of races, sexes, ages. Yeah I did not watch McCain tonight, I am biased against Albinos and Midgets.
Batman
So Two-Face is dead, but Aaron Eckhardt is not; The Joker is alive, but Heath Ledger ain’t. Seriously though, I just rewatched Batman Begins. First time I have seen it since the theaters. I might be shot for this but . . . I was better than Dark Knight. It was more Batman, and it looked more like Gotham.

I love how Kwame continued to act like he hadn’t done anything wrong when he plead guilty. It was hilarious when he said “I gave up the presumption of innocence a long time ago”.
I didn’t watch any of the RNC. I can’t afford to be that upset.

I also heard the reason that the RNC was full of old white males is because they got lost heading to Florida. Someday, you’ll be an old white male and find yourself there, too…just you watch.

The speeches of Palin/McCain didn’t get me as much as the crowd at RNC.
The crowd at RNC was really like the crowd at any Evangelical church. Except this time they chanted USA USA USA instead of Praise the Lord. They held paper banners instead of waving their arms to “feel” the Lord.
McCain, he is old, isn’t he? And he is so defined by his POW experience, the “American Hero” identity. No doubt that he is a hero, no doubt, but really, you don’t have to keep telling people you are a hero repeatedly.
I was watching teevee last night with a supporter of McCains, and he kept ‘accidentally’ flipping past the RNC and staying for a few seconds to ‘accenidentally’ see what was going on.
I had to leave the room. There’s only so much smug I can take. Plus which, that pittbull with lipstick joke? So over it.

Bitter bitter people. You want to help unwed teenage mothers, but mock a girl because her mom is a Republican. And now, we should judge a party by how many ‘ethnicities’ are represented??? That’s bigotry. You define yourselves by touting how diverse you are, proving you think of your own white biggot ass as different and superior and that to be a good person, you should let the ‘colored people’ in. Where were all the Asians at the DNC? Where were the Lebanese? Where were the First Americans? Just because you’re a psuedointellectual, and you hate Christians because they have a faith that makes them feel good, doesn’t mean you are better. You are worse. You are hypocrites.
You bash Christians? WHY? Did they cause poverty, inequality and economic stagnation? Christians follow the teachings of Christ, which are far more compassionate than your idiotic, snippy little smart assed social blindness.
You read shit on CNN and regurgitate it. You don’t understand the power and purpose of the Executive Branch, the responsibilities of a Vice President and you sure as hell don’t have a fucking clue how congress works.
Do yourself a service and find out how your government works, how the money gets collected and allocated, how civil and criminal law is legislated, interpreted and enforced. Find out how a popular election works and that it is not the same as a general election. Learn about districts and delegates and Electors.
Figure a damn thing out before you spout your canned lies and nonsense. Name calling, fake photos, old jokes and whining irrational hatred for people you’ve never met is stupid. It’s not smart politics. It’s a danger to us all.
I respect Joe Biden. I respect Hillary Clinton. I understand the agenda of the Democratic Party. It’s fine. It’s a difference of opinion. Get the FUCK over it. All this slander and childish logic is making you look like idiots.
You are better than that, Democrats. Stand up and make a real case FOR your party.
