Once Again, No Plugs
Was doing my kitchen floor and broke my floor scraper, and could not find a similar one, had to go all over Southeastern MA to find one.  I will make up for it soon.

Dear Malach

  • Colonel Colonel asks: Dear Malach, Did the WMD’s show up in any of the Mercury photos?  Colonel, did you find out that WMD’s are a figment of Dubya’s imagination?  There was a memo I think.

Bill Ayers
So, had a interesting discussion at work today about Palin’s comments about Barack hanging with a terrorist in Bill Ayers.  Ayers for those who don’t know was a member of the Weathermen.  Of course, Ayers in now a Distinguished Professor at U. of Illinois.  So, I work with a bunch of people who are in their 50’s and 60’s.  Several of them admitted today to membership at that time period to the SDS, The Black Panthers, and MOVE.  Cool huh?  I wish I grew up in the 60’s and 70’s, I would be a radical!

Also, Sarah Palin, wasn’t your husband a member of the Alaska Independence Party? Who President at one time suggested armed revolution?

McCain
It is interesting to hear the Neo Cons lament about this.  Most have already conceded the election especially after last nights debate.  They are saying McCain is doing nothing to distance himself from Bush, which I agree.  In all honesty, I have been a fan of McCain in the past because he was a maverick in the GOP.  Of course a number of years ago when Obama gave his firey speech at the DNC, I felt he would be the next Democratic Presidential candidate, and he had me then.  McCain did nothing to distance himself from Bush last night either and that was probably the nail in the coffin of his campaign.   What shocked me is the Neo Cons said his choice of Sarah Palin did not hurt his campaign . .  WHAT?

It has gotten so bad, Dr. Murk has decided not to vote.  Wouldn’t that be different if the right wingers don’t come out and vote . .

Wow!
Now that is a wedding reception!

If I was a Penguin
I would get confused and go to Brazil instead of Antartica too.

Another reason not to own a firearm . .

The republicans are really kicking in their fear tactics. The economy sucks so much they want people to forget about how they caused a lot of it.

See that is what they are trying to do.

Bush took that party so far to the right that if McCain wants to be President, he can’t distance himself from him. It’s a shame. The McCain of 2000-04 would have been a great Republican President, but to become President, he just had to move hard right.

That being said, McCain is coming off like a totally desperate toolbox whose is nothing but a maverick piece of desperate crap.

Wow, the SDS, Black Panthers, and MOVE! You a commie in the closet aren’t you?

Kitty: I depends whose wedding it is

    C. Rag: Guys like Barney Franks have some responsibility in this, he has been head of the Finance Committe forever, and was they when there whe they deregualted everything.

    Angry: Don’t disagree

Dr. John: POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

Twas a dark night for me regarding the debate.

i’ve always been a fan of McCain - but the debate made him look every bit his age.

I wish I could go back in time and have him NOT drop out of the 2000 campaign - the guy would have made a kick-ass pres.

Now, though, I think he’s toast. I may take the Murk approach and sit this one out as well. The decision now between a man approaching senility and one who hasn’t had an original thought in all of his years of service puts me at a distinct voting disadvantage.

On a brighter note, with McCain out of the running, we may see Palin in the MILF edition of Penthouse.

    Nice.

I hope people don’t sit out this election, because the rabid fans of Sarah Palin are going to vote for her.

  8. 8 Malach the Merciless

Mooog: I think the GOP is gonna bury Palin like they did Quayle

Hungry Mom: I think she is losing fans daily

My former boss is a die-hard republican and he pretty much conceded the race to Obama today. He says that McCain is not making any sense at all and this whole attack thing is just crazy. At a time when people want to talk about issues, McCain’s talking about BS. It’s going to backfire big time.
