Had a few free minutes and snuck up a new Sleazy Adventures of Dick Biggman.  Episode 52 is up and shows why Mr. Biggman has been fired from every job he has ever had.

There is also a new 8 1/2 by Eleven.

I will see what I can get up tomorrow, I am done all the client web design I had to do, and I am almost finished scraping the kitchen floor (taking a quick break).  Got a 4 day weekend (I don’t work Fridays and Monday is a Holiday) so my plan is to finish scraping tonight, level, and fix some of the subflooring tomorrow (Sub floor is mostly is awesome condition except for a small section by the dishwasher, and probably lay the tile tomorrow, let it dry over night, seal and grout the next day, let it dry overnight, and then seal again.  Hopefully will be complete including the small details Monday the latest.  Pictures when done of course.

I Hate Rock and Roll, from the Jesus and Mary Chain.  A little about JMAC, formed in 1984 by the Scottish brothers Jim and William Reid, they released a string of highly touted LP’s up to 1999, then they like a lot brother bands, broke up.  They recently reunited and are supposed to be working on a new album.  This is a later song of theirs, but it still retains their signature sounds, and modern day Phil Spector/Beach Boys Wall of Sound.  Band is a fave of Brian Wilson.  I will play a few more from them.  They were pretty famous overseas, and among the “Alternative” perhaps most famous for the cover the Pixies did of Head On,  Here’s the original.  The Reid brothers after the Pixies stated “Wow, that is the way the song was meant to be.”

First Preason game last night, and MAN did the first team, without Kendrick Perkins (coming back from injury) look AWESOME.  KG. Pierce, Allen and co. went up something like 19 – 4 in the first 10 minutes vs. Philly, and of course they came out for the rest of the game.  The new comer Patrick O’Bryant played pretty well in Perkins place, and man Bill Walker might turn into the steal of the draft.  Walker was a potential lottery pick who feel down to the 47th pick (mutliple knee injuries), which the C’s bought from the Wizards.

Uh . .
Are we in a recession yet?  Is the world economy collapsing?  Someone tell me I want to loot my local Wal-Mart.
