Foot Update
So today at Softball practice, Malach only did outfield, just to test my running. And since at points there were only two outfielders. So, needless to say, did a lot of running and sprinting and my foot feels pretty good, a little sore, but nothing I can’t deal with, and run on tomorrow.

I also forgot to wish someone a Happy Birthday the other day (I did email, but they follow the blog). So here is goes. Happy 80th birthday to my Memere. I emailed you, I want to take you out to lunch this coming Friday, just like the old days.
So to celebrate the swine flu today . .
My 3 year old neice sneezed all over me, and my mother-in-law cooked pork chops. Nice huh? I also love the insanity of places like Egypt, wiping out their pig population.

Well, since the H1N1 flu is a combination of bird and swine flu, I guess I did my part when I ate chicken today.
