Jogging
Malach is doing real well, been jogging now for about a month, got my 7 year old to go with me after run yesterday, and she did ok. I am now consitently weighing under 220. This winter I had gotten as high as 240. Still pushing for 205 so I can fight Machida.

Congrats on the jogging – it’s a frigging struggle for me to do it every time, but the scale thinks I’m pretty now, so who’s to argue? BTW – I’m shooting for ‘drop-dead gorgeous’ before I’m satisfied. Yay exertion!
