We are plugging a new blog buddy, Syncopated Eyeball. S’Eyeball has a very interesting photos/graphics blog, with pics that remind me a bit of my paintings.

Lovesong off The Cure’s best album Disintegration. This album marked the peak of The Cure’s creativity, and their pentultimate goth album. Lovesong is the other song by The Cure which is a Gen X love song, along with Just Like Heaven and In Your Eyes from Peter Gabriel that appealled to a broad base of Gen X’ers.
A very simple song lyrically and musically, but very powerful.
Dear Malach
- Syncopated Eyeball asks: Dear Malach, Hey, I spy with my syncopated eyeball the Strength tarot card in that cool painting. Do you read tarot, Malach? Do I read it, no. Do I understand the meanings of the cards and use their symbolism in my paintings, yes.
- Four Dinners asks: Dear Malach, Happy Anni thingy. You remember the date? The wifey would be impressed…;-) I always remember most dates like Birthdays, and Anniversary, except for one. For some reason I can never remember my Father’s Birthday, I always confuse it with my parent’s anniversary and I can never for the life of me get it right. I also just figured out you got a new blog, I saved it.
- Moooog asks: Dear Malach, One of The Cure’s best albums? You mean that they actually had an album that was good? Yeah, you’d be surprised I am pushing them for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I understand where you are coming from though, they had nothing on RATT right my hair metal buddy?
- Murky Murk asks: Dear Malach, Why aren’t there more blog posts about volcanoes? Why my blog in particular or blogs in general? My blog in particular? I live in New England, I care not for the threat of volcanoes. As for blogs in general? Well, soon Yellowstone will explode, and then there will be LOTS OF POST on that, at least for a few weeks until most of the world turns into The Road. You need to post “King Kong, your Wrong!” on your Twitter Account.
Speaking of Volcanoes
We won’t have to worry about Yellowstone, we will all be destroyed soon in a blackhole accident at the LHC.

Is Dr John Rebello spawned progeny of the Merciless One! Tres amusant. I to have synced my eyeballs with Syncopated Eyeball’s art to find many delights thereon.
I’m only vaguley familiar with Peter Gabriel but I love how he sang WITH Vampire Weekend in a song about HIM! “Is your bed made? Is you sweater on?…” I am trying to track down the song actually. Maybe you could interrupt your Cure broadcast to play it one day? DJ Ma;ach rocks.
