That right, Malach is teed off at Sony.  I hate to do this, I have bought a lot of Sony products all my life, and have loved them all.  Sony makes a quality product at an affordable price generally . . . so what is my problem?  I have owned this DVD/VCR combo for the past two years.  Slowly we have converted our VCR collection to DVD, and this one helped.  No problems with it until a couple weeks ago, it just stopped running.  It just no longer loaded up DVD’s or VCR tapes.  I tried a number of things, including cleaning it, changing the wiring hook-up to S-Video, unplugging in case it had moisture condensation, every suggestion from their website, still nothing.  So, I contacted Sony.  I figured they could at least lead me to a repair shop . . . no.  They replied that for $90 they could replace it with a refurbished model.  WHAT YOU TALKIN’ ‘BOUT SONY!  For $20 more I can buy a brand new Sony HD 3 disc DVD player . .  for $100 more I can buy a Sony HD DVD Recorder/VCR Combo all from Best Buy. 

So, they gave me a number to call, cause they “believe personal interaction on these matters is better than by email”.  So I will call tomorrow.  Just seems really silly.

I am also surprised Vitor Belfort KO’d Matt Lindland.  i still want to see Fedor fight Randy Couture, I think they have similar styles, and similar size.  Also want to see him take on Brock Lesnar.
